What We Do
We aim to get the laptop back to you within 4 working days; we collect inspect, quote and then repair after your approval. We know how hard it is without your laptop so we will get it back to you quickly.
Collection
We will arrange the collection of your laptop free of charge via our courier service from any location nationwide. Simply book in and leave the rest to us.
Expert Repair
Within 1 day of receiving your laptop, we will diagnose the problem and provide you with a full quote for the repair. You authorise, we will then carry out the repairs for you, informing you of an expected completion date. We will only take payment once the repairs are complete.
Delivery
We will them contact you to arrange free delivery of your repaired laptop to the specified address; you will also then receive text updates and email confirmations.
